Introduction
This blog is about the things I read and the ideas I get from doing so. The name refers to my obsession with liches - immortal undead mages that are known to exist for centuries or millennia, patiently gathering knowledge and power. Given immortality and a good memory, it makes sense to slow down and do things well. The result would be detailed knowledge of an unimaginable amount of topics. Like a lich, I'm known to be interested and knowledgeable about many topics. However, I'm not immortal (yet). Therefore my knowledge, as extensive as it may be, is of little volume by the standards of a lich. I intend to write to this blog at least once per week, going over any new notes I might have, where they came from and what they mean.
